Like cold pressed olive oil, our syrups are also cold pressed in order to preserve and concentrate the virtues of the fresh plants in terms of both taste and nutritional qualities.
Thus, heat-sensitive molecules such as vitamins and antioxidants are found in these exceptional products.
A dietary syrup to satisfy all consumers, we have selected fructose, the natural sugar of fruits, with a very low glycemic index, while having a sweetening power 1.5 times higher than that of sucrose.
In a traditional recipe, if you wish to replace sugar by this syrup in a cake or a cocktail for example, while adding flavour and new virtues, divide its dosage by 1.5.
Uses: cocktails, pastries, cereals, sauces for meat and fish, salads, fruit salads, ice cream and in dairy products.
