Portion for: 4 people –

2 turkey fillets (about 650g)
– 3 c. tablespoon of cold turmeric syru
p- 1 small red pepper
– 2-3 new onions with stem (depending on size)- 1
clove of garlic
– 3 tbsp olive oil- s
alt and pepper

Preparation:

In a casserole dish, brown turkey fillets with 2 c. soup of oil.

Then remove them and replace, adding the remaining oil, with the onions and their chopped stems, the crushed garlic clove and the diced pepper. Gently fry for 5 minutes.
Pour in the cold turmeric syrup, mix and add the turkey fillets. Coat with syrup, salt, pepper and pour a small glass of water.

Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
